Under this Scheme, the Corporation provides loans to the Municipal corporations, Municipal Committees/ Nagar Panchayats/Block Samitis and Gram Panchayats for Construction of shops/sheds. Rate Of Interest is @4%. Such shops/sheds constructed with the help of financial Assistance of the Corporation are rented out only to Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes families at concessional rate of rent.
